Sharpschedule - User Guide

Sharpschedule is a tracking/ progress measurement tool. It is designed to help record the daily events and provide a means to report on how those goals are being achieved.

This guide will help users of the scheduling program identify the tasks necessary to generate a daily schedule. The following general order should be observed when entering new client data to produce a schedule. Each sub-menu also contains information about additional functionality provided by that component (i.e. Clients contains information on how to add, update and view client information):

  1. Clients - Client members participating in programs on or off site.
  2. Staff - Staff members that will be supervising clients.
  3. Resources - The resources that are available such as outing sites, in house rooms, etc. These are further grouped into
  4. Achievements - Events that have been planned to help the client fulfill goals for the quarter.
  5. Schedule - Daily record of upcoming activites. For past events the schedule provides a record of events that have occurred and a link to the audit trail for events that did not occur as as scheduled (used for exception report).

The guide will also cover the generation of scheduling reports.
